Installation of hotfix failed with Database-TableWithNoColumns on table rules.pr_data_restore

Hi All,

We tried to install the hotfix, the installation went quite well. But when it was coming to an end there was an exception and it failed. And we were not able to rollback the hotfix, had to go for a database restore. 

The exception which was found in the logs was 

2020-04-19 00:36:28,959 [rpcWorkManager : 649] [  STANDARD] [                    ] [Application:04.19] (HotfixManager_Installer.Action) ERROR  Super Admin- com.pega.pegarules.priv.updatemanager.InstallException: Could not save rollback information for an installed hotfix: Database-TableWithNoColumns    RULES.pr_data_restore    PegaRULES

 

Does anybody have an idea on what the issue might be as the logs do not provide sufficient information?

Please provide us below details

Complete pega rules logfile,

hotfixes which you have installed during the deployment and the entries of pr_engineclasses `(before the DB restore) if it’s available.

All the files you have requested are in this SR SR-D98008. 

Except for pr_engineclasses when the hotfix was partially installed.
