In ABC-FW-CDWFW-work-Bulk class rule mention ABC-DAC-CDW-work-Bulk as inheritance.

What is the class structure? Is ABC-DAC-CDW-work-Bulk an implementation class inheriting from ABC-FW-CDWFW-work-Bulk? If that is the case, you wouldn't use ABC-DAC-CDW-work-Bulk properties in the FW layer. It would be the reverse.

If it doesn't have to be direct inheritance. You can create a page property in ABC-FW-CDWFW-work-Bulk. Set the Page definition to ABC-DAC-CDW-work-Bulk and now that page property will have all the properties belonging to ABC-DAC-CDW-work-Bulk.
