Information on PR_DAILY_USAGE table

I am trying to figure out what process updates pr_daily_usage table. How frequently this gets updated. Is there any background agent that updates this table.Please share the details.

PR_DAILY_USAGE table Stores daily usage summaries (Log-License-Usage-Daily class) on requestor and background process use of rules for license compliance.
