I've created a sample of a rule consider a test property, so when its created it will have a pzInsKey,

when we check-out a rule you will have a check-out version of pzInskey which will be different from Check-In version of pzInsKey, that is being updated in Index-CustomFields when a custom field is added in history tab as an instance(the Check out version), so here comes the issue and this issue is not sure whether its pega coding issue, but when the rule is checked-in as usual the check-out version of pzInsKey instance remains in Index-CustomFields which is suppose to be deleted, but when running tracer the instance is getting deleted.

any suggestion or anyone faced similar kind of issue? A document for the same has been attached for reference. This remain unnecessary instances in Index table, meaning a corrupted pzInsKey is not getting removed.
