I'm new to the Pega Platform world, and am excited about the increased demand we are seeing from our customers here in Wellington, New Zealand.
That said, the talent pool appears to be relatively small. And much of our work in Wellington requires strict security clearances including the need for staff to have live in one of the "Five Eyes" countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand) for a number of years.
If you are a hiring manager, what are your experiences with attracting intermediate to senior Pega professionals globally. I'd love to hear any successful tips and tricks you adopt.
If you're an intermediate to senior Pega professional from one of the Five Eyes countries, you may qualify for a "Work to Residence" visa under the Immigration NZ's Skills Shortage visa process (https://skillshortages.immigration.govt.nz/). Wouldn't it be great to come to New Zealand, where we have a stable government, temperate climate, chilled culture, beautiful landscapes, short commutes and just a 5 million population? :)
