Incorrect "inactive member" within my organisation

Hi,

When visiting the "Organization" -> "My Organization" page on the My Pega website, I am categorized as an "inactive member", even though I am currently actively gaining new badges as recent as today. Is this expected behaviour? What criteria determine whether you are an active or inactive member?
