Importing CSV file with value containing comma in it into Data type

How can we import a csv file into a data type which contains value with comma included in it. I tried to include the text which contains comma within double quotes but still it throws validation error.

Can someone please help.

@AnanyaN8good morning. Based on what you say i would suggest the following:

  • First Click on Export to obtain the excel template corresponding to this Data Type.
    • This will give you the csv file.
  • After having the csv, you can include the records you need in the file.
  • Later on I would click on Import and follow the instructions.
