Hi All,

We have configuration with QPs where we have double no of threads than partitions therefore in happy scenario only half the number of threads will be utilized against partitions . 

But in the negative scenario when one of the data center goes down and we are left with half the number of nodes we have same no of partitions to threads .

Can you help us to understand if there are any performance impacts that we can foresee with this kind of setup in happy state?
