Impact on logs written if we invoke rest connector from DataPage than using connect-rest method in activity

Consider, we have rest connector configured in application and making use of connect-rest method to invoke the service.

On exceptions like connection timeout, connection reset - logs are getting written to alert log files.

If we make use of data page to hit the rest service, then on exceptions - will there be any reduce in number of logs written to log files.
