Images not loading when accessed via load balencer uri

Hi 

We are seeing 403 errors for images, when we access using loadbalencer URL. Can you please suggest what configuration changes to be done here. referred below posts 

https://collaborate.pega.com/question/images-do-not-load-application-accessed-loadbalancer-urls  it do not give full configuration changes,

https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/images-do-not-show-when-load-balancer-url-used

for our configuration, there is no mix scenario of failed cases going to https and success cases going to http.
