I want to Show the table Rows/Length based on the select value (value is an integer)

I want to Show the table  Rows/Length based on the select value (value is an integer)   when i enter the value in the text input property i need to show the table length based on the entered value 

ex : i entered 4 in text input  property and i need to display the table length should be 4 based on the property

Select the rows from table/datagrid and count the value from selected row
