what I need help with is I need to know how to build like if else workflow.

so my workflow is about Feedback questions I will view it like this :

                                                                                We receive a message               

                                                                                               ⬇️                     

                                                                                   we import it to pega

                                                                                               ⬇️ 

                                                        We classify the message into one of 5 different types

                                                                                               ⬇️ 

                                                                        each type as it is own case type

what I want to know is how do I transfer the question to another case type if we selected something from the picklist?

and If I can't is there anyway that i can do this workflow ?
