I have to fetch data in the following format, is there any OOTB function to achieve this req.

I have following data in three columns respectively, I need to bring them in to the preperties as shown below.

Data needs to be in the properties as follows

Please let me know a best feasble solution to this problem.

2. Based on what logic values grouped or mapped on the property?

If you observe the first table Column 1 is having multiple 80's so we have a requirement to consolidate into single 80 and respective other columns should populate unique comma seperated values for that 80 as shown in the second table. Please let me know if this doesn't explain the requirement well enough.

1. Using ListAgg create database view
2. Connect database view in report definition
ListAgg sample query <tried in oracle 19c Enterprise Edition Release Proprietary information hidden.0>
select column1, listagg(distinct column2,',') as column2, listagg(distinct column3,',') as column3
from demoListAgg
group by column1
order by lower(column1);
