I am not able to use the PVS exercise system in the training course

Hi

Please help I am not able to leverage the PVS virtual instance provided as it would not be invoked by, I have tried to use both Virtual box as well as VMware client, both case the ip was not generated I presume, also Since I don't know the credentials for the user in VMWare instance spun up as the architect/password did not work for me to find out the IP. I have a deadline for completion of my CSSA course as 30th Sept
