I am interested to utilize few pagelist property on newly generated case. how I can achieve it ?

I am using split-for-each and passing pagelist as input. I am interested to utilize few pagelist property on newly generated case. how I can achieve it ? I have tried with Data Propagation but it passes parent case work object values. I am interested to see respective page which generate new case.
