I already added my company mail before but it is not visible to make as primary. Getting only my personal mail id & not getting any associated mail id’s in PDN. Even If I am trying to add my company mail id its not sending verification code & disappearing the enetered mail id. Could you please help with this issue.

When you take action to mark one email as the primary, the system hides the other one from your view. The email is still associated with your account, however no longer visible to you. Please email [email protected] and the team can make the email you want as primary for you. You can also click on the "Contact a Moderator" button on the right and choose "Report an issue with My Pega" for the option "What do you wan to do" and that will also route to the appropriate team.
