Hello Sasikala,

What are you displaying in the correspondence template.. sections? If so, when the section rendered in end user portal, respective skin will be available, than it will render with all styles.

However the same section embedded in correspondence, when an email sent, now skin will not be available, so it will be displayed without skin's styles.

So it is expected behavior, however if you want the same format in email, than include them as inline styles.

Also, refer the related Support Article reported in Pega 7.1.7.
