how to write datato excel using importdata method

I am trying to read data from one excel and to write it to another, at the same time I am writing same data to datagrid which is working fine, but when I am trying to write the same data using importdata method of excel it is giving me issue.

I am not understanding cause of this issue.

An object reference exception means you're trying to pass data to an object that doesn't exist. Has the Excel process been closed?
