Hi @AbhishekC1725: In this case I would suggest to use application settings or system settings. You can also use DSS if you can update them in each environment.
Please see this and this for application settings.
I would suggest to look into the way how the application is designed for existing implementations and make it consistent.

@ArulDevan Hi, Thanks for response. Requirement is, for DEV, STAGE, AND PROD we have different urls which we use in CONNETCT-REST rules. So, if we want to change these URLs easily when we want, so what is the best way to do this?
