How to use service file to read JSON string in a row from excel

Hi,

I have JSON string as messages in DB, using that I need to create a case in the Pega application.

I already an activity to create a case, passing JSON string as parameter I am able to create a case.

Now I have large volume of JSON string Messages in DB, I need to pass those messages to activity as parameter. How can I achieve it through Service file ? or is there any other approach ? Please suggest.
