We would like to use declare triggers without bad effects.
We implemented 2 declare triggers and 2 activities which is related to the declare triggers.

One trigger(trigger A) is created on Class"Rule-" and logs regarding privilege works, like modifying translation files, editing decision tables, etc... .
Another trigger is created on Work class, and logs operator works, like creating cases.

We found that trigger A prevented creating new decision tables.

Reproduce steps;1.Designer Studio>App>Decision table>create
If trigger A is unable, we can create it correctly.
Now, trigger A is unable as it is sure to make bad effects to our system.

Is it deprecate to create declare triggers on Rule- class?

Could you teach me how to create logger activities without bad effects?
