How to upload an attachment at a question level in PEGA Survey.v7.3 during the run time.

I am using the latest PEGA 7.3v Survey and my requirement is to have the user the ability to upload attachments at a question level during the run time.
I saw there is a supporting File option to upload the attachments during the display of the questions. But user wants to upload while taking up the survey.
Please suggest if there is a feature available for this functionality.

Is this question specific to pega-survey, or is it a more general question about how to make the attachments available during the perform harness rather than only available during the review harness?
Maybe if you show some snapshots, it will clarify the issue.

Yes this question is specific to PEGA survey module in v7.3.
The end user would like to upload an attachment to each question while answering the survey. The attachment need to be associated at a question level. Not at the case level.

The attachments are always attached to the case, so if you want them to be associated with a particular question, perhaps you can name them in a distinguishing way. Also, your design of the section rule containing the question could be such that an attachment associated with that question is shown in the section, or at least an indicator could be shown that such an attachment has been given, even if you don't show the actual contents of the attachment.
