How to update Bind Password if we have multiple CN's from the calling service
We have a requirement in which we have multiple FID's and the bind password cannot be stored as static. We can achieve passing password dynamically for one FID whoch can be used for Bind.
But if we have multiple FID with different password and if it is not the same as the password used for bind FID. It is failing We need to check if multiple FID's can be passed as bind parameters and any of these can be used for the bind with the AD server

Hi @AjeeshA13: To pass the bind password dynamically (from external system), please check AuthenticationLDAPVerifyCredentials do ldap lookup step. Java code in this step is responsible to bind with LDAP using the details from Authentication service rule.

We have a requirement in which we have multiple users which needs to be enabled for LDAP and we cannot have a static password.
We are able to send password dynamically for one user but wanted to understand if this can be extended to multiple users such that multiple bind FID's can be passed and it could pick accordingly?

Hi @AjeeshA13,
If you are looking for authenticating multiple users using LDAP, LDAP by default allows this. Bind ID and the user which you are authenticating are two different things.
If you are looking for dynamic bind id and password, it is possible with the above said customisation. You need to have your logic to determine which bind id and bind password to be used instead of getting the values from Auth service page.
