- are you looking to remove the AES application from a PRPC system or are you looking to break communications between a monitored system and AES? - remove AES from a PRPC.for the communication, we have already disable the pdc.
- What version of the Pega platform are you using? Are monitored nodes running a Pega 71ML7 or newer? Pega 7.1.9, node in the same version.
- Why do you need to uninstall AES? We need to use the instance for another project.Since we have reinstalled the AES in another instance.

- delete all rules with pyRulesetName like 'PegaAES%'
- drop all pegaam_* tables
There's generally no harm to leave AES rules / tables on a system. If you go to the agent management landing page and disable the PegaAES* agents, there's nothing in AES that will actually run. The AES rules will not 'fire' unless one logs in as an aes user/manager/developer or explicitly sends a soap to the PegaAES* services. I can look into the SQL delete / drop statements later.
