how to trigger Create work event from activity show-html method or java step

wanted to trigger creatework event to start a service case from completion of previous servicecase. button onclick evnets triggerring the createworkevent but not waiting for completion of previous event on the button action set.

Hi Nazeer,

are you trying to call create work on submitting a service case?  Did you try the create work action by passing the class name and flow name?
