1. How to tag Access Group in Pulse notification.  Requirement is all operators in the specific access group should get notified when we tag Access group in pulse.

2. Alternatively, I created a Space but the issue with Space is we need to manually add Operators in it.  If any new operators are assigned to access group then we need to manually add operators every time in the Space.
