How to store the documents collected as a part of case attachments into Pega System of records

Hello Everyone!!

I have a requirement wherein I will be taking the document(pdf) as an attachment for case type. I want to store it in Pega System of Records for future retrieval and use. This document basically contains "GameRules" which are subject to change in future and this change need to fulfilled.
