How to split the columns in the optimized personalized table

Hi All,

We have a requirement to split the column headers and split the column results for each row of record in the personalized optimized table. Please refer the attached the sample screenshot of the requirement. 

Please advise whether it can be achieved with the OOTB way? Any other suggestions to achieve this requirement?
