How to speedup mainframes automation in pega robotics
Hi Team,
We have developed a solution for mainframes automation using HOD, the performance of the bot is very slow when we are running the automation.
We haven't used any pause, but the bot communicating with the mainframes screen very slowly. It is that slow even the human can do more faster than it.
Can you please help me with the issue.

@GangaR17222075In my experience, automating a mainframe should operate at a speed that is nearly invisible. What version of the HOD emulator (I assume this is IBM Host On Demand but please correct me if I am wrong) are you using? Are there particular screens that are slow? Are the screens matching as soon as you navigate during interrogation mode? Does your emulator use HLLAPI or EHLLAPI?

We are using IBM HOD 14.0 with EHLLAPI.

@ThomasSasnett We are using IBM HOD 14.0.4 along with EHLLAPI. It's almost all the screens that are part of automation are slow. At one stage we were using pause, I have removed the pause, the screen movement is fast(at invisible speed), but the bot is unable to capture the values as expected.

@GangaR17222075 Can you upload your application file (you may delete any screens you've interrogated to protect privacy)? I am only interested in the settings you have set (or not set) for the application.
