How to show the child case details in its parent case's review screen?

Hi All,

I have three case types are Seed,Flower and Fruit (i.e) Fruit is the child of Flower which is the child of Seed case type.Some of the properties are propagated from Seed to Flower and Flower to Fruit.

My Requirement is to Show the Fruit and Flower case details in my Seed case's review screen after the submission of the Fruit case.I have tired with the data transform to show the details in the seed case but it didn't work.Can anyone tell how to do this?
