How to show category As a column in a repeating grid?

I have a repeating grid with following columns.

 

Repeating grid category issue

The Region column which is common for the countries should be shown as merged and Country and city should be shown like above.

There is Category feature in Repeating grid but its not achieving the exact purpose.
