How to share Reports created in Repoert Browser with selected users

Hi, I have a requirement that the user should be able to share the reports created by the them on the Report Browser with any Other User/Workgroup/Public.

I see that the categories can either be Public/Private. Is there a way to configure shared categories with Users/Workgroups?
