How to set up the SQL Server2019 for Pega 8.7 on AWS

I am reading the guidance document and setting up SQLServer2019 for Pega 8.7 version on AWS.

According to the document,

there is not the SQL Server of AWS RDS on the support list but it is the SQLServer "on the on-premise server" on the list. So I have two questions:

1. Whether Pega 8.7 version is not supporting SQLServer2019 RDS or not (Pega Japan salesperson said, it is supported though..)

2. Does the word "the on-premise server" include EC2 server on AWS? If it is included, I will try to install the SQL Server on EC2.

I will appreciate it if you share the other alternative choices.
