How to set pxConcurrentSessions property.

I need to disable concurrent session for an operator. As I can see there is a property pxConcurrentSessions under pxProcess system page. This property holds values like unlimited or None. I want it be set to None to restrict only one log in per user. How to set this property?

I have tried updating this in the pyDefault Data transform of Data-Admin-System class in out application rule set. But it does not seems to be working. Do I need to bounce the server to take effect? Or is there any other way.
