How to send pdf document in Bi-Directional SMS in pega

Hi All,

I have a requirement like to send pdf document as SMS/MMS. Below is my observations.

1. We are using pega cloud, so generated or uploaded documents will store in pega cloud, pega repository.

2. to send document as MMS we need to send as URL. Not sure how to get conetnt as URL.

3. For inbound attachments like image Twilio is sending attachment as URL to pega.Same way we need to send attachment as URL.

Please let me know if you have any idea.
