How to search articles with keywords as Tags in Pega KM -7.2.1

How to search for a word in the tag, so that search will bring that article up?

Hi Sabitha,

You can associate the article with a process.

You should modify the pyDefault data transform of the corressponding class of the flow. Then we can add/update HelpSearchString and set it to the tags that were added with the article created.

Below is an example snapshot:

By doing so, if you are searching for "guidance", all articles with tags having tag as "guidance" will come up.
