How to schedule & Run a Campaign/Schedule automatically in NBA designer, CDH

Hello, 

We have a requirement to Run the campaign/Schedule Automatically,

As we have all the background applications as prerequisites to the campaign, we need a way to run the campaign based on a flag in a table.

Please give me any insights that can help here.
