There is no built-in "save" method for a form. You can store each of the values in a table, in a Context (if using the Interaction Framework), or in your own storage container. You'll need to write some code to pass the values from your form into whatever storage container you are using and call its "Save" or "Add" method to commit it. Once you want to retrieve that data, you would simply perfrom the opposite approach (i.e. call the GetRecord method from your container and pass each data value to the corresponding field on the form).
