How to save as a new file in Word Format using openspan
Hi Team,
My requirement is I have to paste some data manually in the template document which is in word format with some bookmarks. I am able to save the data successfully into a new file using the SaveAs function of the Word component, I am using office 2016 dll. But some times it is saving as a new file and sometimes it is not generating as a new file in the path I have specified.
Are there any criteria or the properties before I need to check to this component.
Below are the attached snapshots for your reference. Can you please help me to solve this issue that should work all the times.

You don't appear to be passing an extension to the SaveAs method fileName parameter. Would adding ".doc" to the end of that string help? Also, is the file you are saving as already present? Could it be in-use? You might also check the runtime logs to see if there are any exceptions that may indicate what the issue is. If the issue is sporadic, then it must be something like a file in use issue or something like that.
