How to run the performance profiler or db trace for the email listener activity

I want to run the performance profiler or the db trace for the email listener activity , since I am getting alerts related to the email listener activty.

Is there a way I can monitor the performance of the email listener activity , so that I can understand as to which step is taking time.

Hi Nikhil,

If you can find the requestor which the email listener is using (it would ideally be an app requestor), you can start the Dbtrace or performance profile from SMA using requestor management.

Usually, email listener uses an idle requestor from app requestor pool and uses that for processing.
