How to retain Pega logs for a specified number of days in 7.3.1

Pega has been upgraded to 7.3.1 and could see prlog4j2.xml file replacing older prlogging.xml in earlier versions. Pega is retaining only last 10days logs, could be default. I want to retain logs for one month old too.

How can I change this configuration?

Please keep in mind that changes will be reflected once you will restart pega service.
