How to restrict one service intent window per interaction in CPMHC.

Hello there,

I have a project requirement to restrict one service intent per interaction so unless and until one is not resolved cannot start another service intent.

An implementation approach will help. My project uses Pega version 6.3 and CPMHC.

Any kind of property check in CAPortalInteraction page any activity as OOTB which when implemented do it ???
