below description of issue broken access control;

we have many application created on a server Pega 7.1.9 platform with single sign on user login, for example scenario;

1. User A with access as customer service login to application A, then try to access menu on  Supervisor level

2. User B with access as customer service login to application A, then try to access menu on  Supervisor level on Application B (crossing application access)

with call java function pega.d.createNewWork("","","pyStartCase","","",""), two above scenario worked.

for point 1, we can resolved with guide on link article https://collaborate.pega.com/question/how-restrict-work-object-creation-particular-access-group

but for point 2, we try with same resolution not worked.
