How to Remove Internal Tag from Activity
Hi Team,
I have created my custom Activity after doing the save as of the OOTB activity. The New Activity created I can change the Availability Option on the Activity -- Final --:> Available, however the status cannot. The Status still show Internal.
Is there a way to remove this status as its not PEGA Activity

That's weird. Just tried the same case on 7.3.1. After changing Final --> Available, the Status automatically cleaned up.
Did you check in the rule?
Could you also run the tracer when you change the Status, Save and Check-In the rule? maybe some error will appear

Hello,
Create an activity with below logic:
Obj-Open-by-Handle the rule
Remove .pyMethodStatus
WBSave the rule
Allthough technically that will work be aware that the status internal means, as far as I am aware, that it is a pega internal rule not meant to be used as you do. You run the risk things will break in your application on pega upgrades.

@rakss - I am aware of the following local change, however I looking for the option from where we can change the following as the new rule is just a saved instance,however its been present in the user application context and will be the one which is been picked. It then becomes quite tough to explain to new and management what it means in the context when its been saved as to work for there requirement.
