How to remove disable check box before import

hi team,

I am trying to upload deploy new appl wrap in PE edition 8.6. I am facing an issue login in with the existing operator for the previous application. the reason is by default the operator is marked as disabled. Any other way to log in with the old application operator. I tried saving the Operator iD but it failed due org structure which is not existing. Please advise 

Any other way to make this feature disabled before importing a new application wrap?
