Our problem is that when entering a portal, it is not completely displayed, until clicking inside a dynamic layout that contains a refresh harness action, at that moment, the scroll bar appears, but the scroll bar should appear from the start. We try to call an activity that in turn calls the OOTB activity @baseclass.ReloadHarness, by configuring the images attached below, but it just doesn't work, the activity runs correctly but doesn't refresh the harness, at least not for show the scroll bar. We understand that @baseclass.ReloadHarness does the same functionality as a refresh harness action.
