how to reference Binary file (with attachment from local drive) to email correspondence

Hi, i have this issue on how to attached a file (from local drive - pdf,word,etc.) to Email (outgoing). is this possible using Activity/Correspondence?

By the way, i dont have a case/flow (most help online involve case/flow process to attached file).

Is it possible to create a Binary file (attached a file) then reference that Binary in a Correspondence?
