How to read only updated records from email sent by Google drive

Hi All,

Below is the requirement :

We have a google sheet, whenever there is data change is done in the Google sheet, email is triggered to the mentioned email which the attachment is for Google Drive which opens the same updated google sheet. Now in Pega how to read only the updated rows/ records instead of reading the whole sheet and then applying filter.

Or is there any way in Google sheet itself to filter the updated records.
