How to read the excel file which is already uploaded using filenet and attach the same to WO?

I have a requirement to attach the uploaded (we are uploading it via Filenet and we are able to see the successful generation of FileNet ID) excel sheet to the WO.

We are creating the template and updating the data on submit of a screen and trying to attach the same sheet in the WO.

How can I achieve this?

Tried SaveAllAttachments, AddAttachment, etc... But it didnt work for me. Appreciate anyone's quick help. THanks
