How to read 1000 file at a time
I am having a requirement where i need to read 1000 file and create the workobject..I need some idea how to do it in best way?

One way of achieving this could be writing your own custom activity read the files and process data based on your requirement. Then creating an agent and scheduling it to run the activity on daily basis.
